1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BrahmAstros ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BrahmAstros provides astrology-related content, including horoscopes, birth chart calculations, compatibility reports, tarot readings, and AI-powered interpretations. Our content is for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for consideration.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Service without express permission
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by BrahmAstros and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological content is generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of planetary calculations or AI-generated interpretations. You acknowledge that astrology is not a substitute for professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrahmAstros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
